One of the worst films I've seen as of late.
Just to get it out of the way, I don't mind subtitles at all - I watch a ton of shows in various languages (some of my favourite shows are in german, spanish, and korean) and I always have subtitles on even for english films. So that's not a problem.
What is a problem is the horrible acting, the awful story, characters that make no sense, and an extremely drab setting. It looks like the "future" someone would have imagined in the 70s. There is also nothing original about this film. There's been better films that talk about our reliance on technology and the potential perilous results of such that were done decades ago. (iRobot, for example)
There isn't anything good about this film. Don't waste your time on it.
Plot summary
In 2050, artificial intelligence is everywhere. So much so that humanity relies on it to satisfy its every need and every desire even the most secret and wicked. In a quiet residential area, four domestic robots suddenly decide to take their masters hostage in their own home. Locked together, a not-quite-so-blended family, an intrusive neighbour and her enterprising sex-robot are now forced to put up with each other in an increasingly hysterical atmosphere. While, outside, the Yonyx, the latest generation of androids, are trying to take over. As the threat draws closer, the humans look elsewhere, get jealous, and rip into each other under the bewildered eyes of their indoor robots. Maybe it's the robots who've got a soul or not.

Not sure how this got funded.
Started out really well
I was very hopeful when this movie started but as it got further along it never really took off. There doesn't ever seem to be a real point to this movie. The goal of getting out of the house is limited and does not occupy the movie enough. The movie seems to be all over the place with no real direction. There is all the flirting with no conclusion and it does not keep attention for the movie to be worth watching. The robots "taking over" is also a weak theme in the show and not captivating enough to make the movie worth while.
Worth it for the production design
I actually enjoyed the film and was entertained throughout, but the storyline was eclipsed by the awesome set design. Visually, it's a feast of retro wares and curvy architecture. Worth it for the styling alone in my opinion.
