This is probably the only female Ninja movie ever made. It's great as a B film and the action sequences are a lot of fun to watch. This movie is just so deliciously 80's. You'll never see another film like it. Check it out for some 80's retro fun.

Best Female Ninja Movie Ever Made
A Ninja Is Haunting Arizona
A ninja starts killing cops in Arizona, and after he gets a half dozen of them, they wound him fatally. He crawls away and encounters Lucinda Dickey, telephone line woman, jazzercise instructor, and user of vegetable juice in her love-making; consider that the next time you hear "I could've had a V-8!" As he dies, the ninja possesses Miss Dickey, and she has episodes she can't remember, in which she gets hold of ninja gear and goes around slaughtering cops. Eventually, the local Japanese community sends to Japan for one-eyed Shô Kosugi to deal with the situation.
In Japan, the magical ninja was a staple of Toei movies and kiddie TV. This Americanized version crosses it with THE EXORCIST -- thankfully, there's no pea soup. Miss Dickey's line readings have not improved noticeably from BREAKIN', but this movie is quite watchable for its set design, colorful props, interesting locations, and stunt work.
glorious trash
A ninja comes to an American golf course to take out his target. After killing a whole lot of cops, he manages to escape but not for long. He is dying and he transfers his spirit into telephone lines woman Christie Ryder (Lucinda Dickey) who has come to his aid. The possessed Christie starts seeking revenge on those police who shoot the ninja. Police officer Billy Secord has fallen for her. Yamada arrives from Japan looking to stop the ninja.
Starting this off on a golf course is probably a bad move or it's a great move for a camp classic. It does have 80's babe Lucinda Dickey in all her glory. She's doing aerobics dance. She's doing some bad fighting. It has her awkward sexiness. It's glorious 80's trash. The arcade game hypnotism, the floating sword, the cave, and Poltergeist are just the cherry on top. The Exorcist section is pure craziness. The ninja outfit does allow Lucinda to be replaced with a stunt double. That's too bad but it's probably too much to ask for her to do her own stunts. She's not a trained fighter like that.
