I was lulled into watching because I am interested in historical events, wherever these events take me.
Unfortunately, this movie took me nowhere.
I watched the first 10 minutes, and gave up. The acting was amaturish at best. As for the sound quality? I've heard better on 4 track. For todays youth, don't bother with 4 track, you wouldn't know or understand. Do you know what a pen is?

This award-winning drama depicts The Gangster Era in St Paul in the 1920s & 30s. John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson, Machine Gun Kelly and most notably, Ma Barker's Barker-Karpis Gang and many others were given safe haven by corrupt cops in exchange for their promise to not commit any crimes inside the city limits of St Paul.
