Of a le visiteur movie, not at all related to the pure comedy futuristic consept called la visiteur made 20 years ago, about middleage knights visiting the present, films thatmade me laugh out loud along with my kids...if the premise was to make something similar its a big miss...
its a ''stop the apocalypse '' movie, with a mix of ideas from mad max, war z, back to the future, even star trek and starwars ideas are even used along with all the others zombiotic features made in the past, , a super generic scifi movie that may not hit the usa market, most probably not on the domestic market of france except for the extreme environmentalists, antinucleists and the most greenhorned of the greenocks of the green movement, because the message is a microcosmos of climate change and ruining the earth metaphorical testament, not so cleverly scripted, though containing some witty funny acting, but most of all undermined with so many loopholes that i lost the count on them.
This is a ''we dont need another hero'' movie, a film that doesnt scream out for another watch, some nice filmtechnical puffs, but not enough to mesmerize a grumpy old man.

Fun abd stylish tine travel adventure
Saw this at the FrightFest in London at the international premiere.
It's a fun story with great jokes and humour. The tine is set up within the first few minutes.
Just try not to think of the rules of time travel too much and enjoy the ridiculous fun.
Nothing special, classic scenario and plot
Disappointing. I found the classic film even copying some apocalyptic films (Walking dead). Even the scenario is quite uninteresting and poses credibility concerns; zombies, time travel. I also noticed some scriptwriting facilities, 'Deus ex machina' quite present which is the fact of being saved in an unexpected way when in fact we feel the script and the staging. The characters are too superficial and lack depth: we feel that certain passages are dramatic but without ever understanding why (at the end: the daughter's decision to save only her mother after the doctor made it clear that he could save both : how come his mother suddenly died? I don't really know what to think about it; the humor is in my opinion too present and to say that I didn't laugh a lot during the film. This film is a booby trap: they just invited a few famous names from youtube (the world upside down, Macfly and Carlito) to just look pretty but the film really lacks depth and complexity. I like comedy but the film becomes unserious and has difficulties in the mix genres; I would have preferred something comical and less serious to have something that coincides with the scenes of the film. Otherwise, I found the special effects rather well done and gives the impression of being there but it really is the only positive point that I could find. Everything seemed meaningless to me and the stakes are not high enough. The atmosphere and immersion in the future is present but that is not enough for me. The acting leaves something to be desired at times and completely took me out of the film at times. The time regulators seemed clearly harmless and meaningless to me. As for their leader Constance is not very credible. Finally, I found that the scenario borrowed a kind of laziness when it came to explaining certain events or the complexity of certain characters. Unfortunately too superficial for me.
